Caring for your piece
Every piece is finished with natural, food-safe oil. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and dry it straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher or leave it soaking. Every few months, rub in a little food-safe mineral oil or board butter to keep the grain fed and the colour deep.
