Changed your mind
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund of the price paid. It needs to come back unused and in its original condition. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item was faulty.
Arrived damaged
Wood is tough but the post is not always kind. If your piece arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and the packaging to info@leonafaywoodturning.ie within 48 hours and I will replace it or refund you in full, including postage.
Natural variation
Every piece is turned from a single fallen tree, so knots, colour changes, bark inclusions and small natural cracks are part of the wood’s character and are shown in the photographs. They are not faults.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the card you paid with within 5-10 working days of the item reaching me.
Your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law are not affected by any of the above.
